tT Wedge One-Off model

Price Range: ¥50,000 – ¥64,000

The performance attributes demanded by tour professionals for wedges are constantly evolving. To promptly address these requirements, models that become standard among professionals are sometimes developed through design and development separate from mass-produced models.
The "tTwedge One-Off model" is a premium offering that directly sells these standardized, small-batch tour models.

Description

  • 50-degree loft, fulfilling the traditional role of a Pw.

With iron sets prioritizing distance performance and an increasing number of tour players achieving greater distances, the Pw's distance has inevitably increased.
The 5010K incorporates a center of gravity design that facilitates distance continuity from the Pw, while supporting adaptability to challenging lies and precise distance control from full shots to mid-range areas, as required of a wedge.

  • Highly versatile 56-degree model, emphasizing ease of use.

The fundamental design philosophy of the tH wedge involves the segmentation of wedge shots. The required backspin performance for "controlling distance," "stopping the ball," and "rolling the ball" is achieved through an integrated design of the head, sole shape, and weight distribution. The inclusion of the reliable 5610K in your setup enables a more strategic approach to attacking the green in all situations.

  • 60-degree model, poised to become a new standard in wedge setups.

With the diversification of wedge setups, the performance demands for high-lofted wedges (58 degrees and above) have also evolved. This includes not only lob shots hit with an open face but also hitting high shots without opening the face.
The 6010K aims for such "usability" by boldly modifying not only the sole shape but also the face shape and weight balance, providing the confidence to hit controlled, high-trajectory shots.

  • Jucie's Standard T-Sole

The standard T-sole, adopted since Jucie's first model, EX1806, is highly trusted by tour players.
The 5812T, featuring the ability to "stop the ball precisely where intended, whether low or high," delivers maximum spin performance with its front sole when executing "spin shots" with a square setup. Additionally, it offers ease of opening the face, and for trouble shots from bunkers or rough, the back sole functions effectively, guiding the club to consistently stable spin shots even with slight fat shots.

  • 3D CAD design

While controlling the target center of gravity performance, we carefully create even slight differences in shape. Using 3D CAD to create the smallest of details is one of Jucie's most advanced craftsmanship techniques.

  • Forged + FULL CNC Milled

After forging, each head is individually milled using CNC control to produce a high-precision head that precisely matches the 3D CAD design data.
Characteristic features crucial for performance, such as the sole shape, are retained from the machine milling, while further delicate polishing of the finer details meticulously creates a sense of precision combined with the essential playability and tactile warmth expected of a finely crafted tool.

  • EDM (Electrical Discharge Milling)

The face surface is machined by CNC control and scoring lines are engraved with precision. In addition, Electrical Dischage Machining (EDM) enhances the surface roughness performance between grooves to increase the maximum spin on a variety of wedge shots.

  • SOLE SHAPE (K-T)

K-Sole By adopting a free-form surface sole where the sole shape changes linearly across a semi-wide sole width, it not only functions effectively with a square setup but also enables spin shots without the leading edge lifting, even when the face is opened.

T-Sole Its primary characteristic is "effortless spin generation." Beyond spin shots executed with a square setup, this sole, designed for ease of opening the face, truly excels in challenging lies such as bunkers and rough. Even with slight fat shots, the sole functions robustly, consistently guiding the club to stable spin shots.
