These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for the use of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Jucie Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. Users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall utilize this Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the use of this Service.
  2. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish individual sales conditions or other stipulations (hereinafter referred to as "Special Provisions") regarding the use of this Service. Should any provision of these Terms conflict with a provision of the Special Provisions, the Special Provisions shall take precedence.

Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. For this Service, prospective registrants shall agree to these Terms and register by entering accurate User information (hereinafter referred to as "Registration Information") through the method specified by the Company.
  2. The scope of this Service is limited to individuals residing in Japan. Furthermore, if a User is under 20 years of age, registration must be completed after obtaining prior consent from a parent or guardian.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. Users shall manage their User ID and password for this Service under their own responsibility.
  2. Users are strictly prohibited from transferring, lending, or sharing their User ID and password with any third party under any circumstances. JUCIE Inc. will deem any login using a User ID and password combination that matches the registered information as an authorized use by the user registered under that User ID.
  3. JUCIE Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of a third party's unauthorized use of a User ID and password.
  4. To prevent unauthorized use of your password by third parties, please change your password regularly.

Article 4 (How to Use This Service)

  1. The order placement procedure for this service is as follows:
    1. Select the product, including its color, size, and options, then enter the desired quantity and add it to your cart.
    2. Verify the contents and quantities in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.
    3. Members should log in by entering their User ID and password.
    4. Specify the delivery address (non-members must also enter purchaser information), select the delivery date/time and payment method. If you are not yet a registered member but wish to register, check the "Register as a member" box and proceed.
    5. After a final review of your order details and acceptance of these terms and conditions, your order will be confirmed.
    6. Upon order confirmation, a confirmation email will be automatically dispatched to the user's registered email address.

Article 5 (Sales Agreement)

  1. For this service, a sales agreement is concluded when JUCIE Inc. notifies the user of its acceptance of the ordered product. The ownership of the said product shall transfer as follows, depending on the payment method:
    1. For Bank Transfer Payments　
      • At the point when JUCIE Inc. confirms receipt of payment from the user.
    2. For Cash-on-Delivery Payments
      • At the point when the customer receives the product in exchange for payment.
    3. For Credit Card Payments
      • At the point when authorization is obtained from the user's credit card company.

Article 6 (Product Specifications and Quality)

  1. Product images may exhibit slight variations in color and design compared to the actual products.
  2. JUCIE Inc. does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of product information. Please be aware that specifications and country of origin are subject to change without prior notice.

Article 7 (Pricing)

  1. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of consumption tax.

Article 8 (Payment Methods)

  1. Bank Transfer
    • Payments are to be made to our designated bank account. Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. Shipments will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment; therefore, please be advised that delivery on a specified date may not always be possible.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Please pay in cash upon receipt of the product. Cash on delivery fees will be covered by our company. Please note that Cash on Delivery may not be available for some oversized products.
  3. Credit Card Payment
    • VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted. Payments are limited to a single lump sum. The purchase amount will be debited in accordance with the terms and conditions of each credit card member agreement.

Article 9 (Regarding Delivery)

  1. Delivery Period
    • Delivery will be made by our designated courier service. Shipments will be dispatched within 10 days of order confirmation. (For made-to-order or pre-order items, separate notification will be provided.) Please note that specified delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Arrival times may vary due to peak seasons, weather conditions, or traffic. Products ordered simultaneously may be shipped in separate packages.
  2. Delivery Area
    • This service is exclusively available within Japan. We regret that we cannot process shipments outside of Japan.
  3. Shipping Fees
    • Shipping fees are a flat rate of 800 JPY (excluding tax) per delivery address nationwide, regardless of the number of packages. For purchases totaling 10,000 JPY (excluding tax) or more in a single transaction, shipping will be free of charge.

Article 10 (Regarding Order Cancellation, Changes, and Returns)

  1. Please be advised that cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once the sales contract has been finalized.
  2. In the event of a defective product, damage during transit, or incorrect shipment, returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please contact us within 8 days of product arrival and return the item (shipping costs borne by our company). We will exchange it for a new product; however, depending on stock availability, an equivalent product may be provided.
  3. For returns due to customer convenience, please contact us within 8 days of product arrival and return the item. In this instance, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. However, please note that returns or exchanges for the following products cannot be accepted:
    1. Products that have been used
    2. Products missing tags, labels, or other accessories
    3. Products that have incurred scratches or damage due to reasons attributable to our company
    4. Custom-made products, such as those with personalized names
    5. Products returned more than 9 days after delivery.
  5. Upon confirmation of the returned product, the product cost will be refunded according to the payment method utilized.
    1. For bank transfers or cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be remitted to the customer's designated bank account.
    2. For credit card payments, refunds will be processed according to the procedures stipulated by the respective card company.

Article 11 (Order Cancellation)

  1. Our company reserves the right to cancel a sales contract, even after its establishment, under the following circumstances:
    1. When it becomes evident that the selling price displayed on this service is erroneous.
    2. When false information is identified within the user's registration details.
    3. When a user engages in prohibited activities.
    4. When an order for limited products or similar items exceeds the available shipping quantity.
    5. When an order is placed for discontinued products or items with an indefinite long-term resupply status.
    6. When notification of card usage inability or similar issues is received from the credit card company.
    7. When there is no response to our company's communications within a specified period.
    8. In other instances where our company deems order cancellation necessary.

Article 12 (Prohibited Actions)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following actions when utilizing this service:
    1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals, as well as actions related to criminal activities.
    2. Actions that infringe upon copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights pertaining to logos, designs, images, and other content published on this service.
    3. Actions such as tampering with content published on this service or unauthorized access to this service.
    4. Unauthorized acquisition or use of user IDs and passwords, as well as utilizing this service by impersonating a third party.
    5. Resale of products or other commercial activities related to this service, or preparatory actions such as ordering/purchasing for such purposes.
    6. Registering false information or using a credit card under another person's name.
    7. Delay or non-performance of payment obligations.
    8. Purchasing a large quantity of products in a manner that obstructs other users' product acquisitions.
    9. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our company.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

  1. Jucie Inc. disclaims all liability for any damages incurred by users through the utilization of this service, except where explicitly stipulated within these Terms and Conditions.

Article 14 (Withdrawal)

  1. Users may terminate their engagement with this service by formally communicating their intent to withdraw.

Article 15 (Modification of Service Offerings)

  1. Jucie Inc. reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cease the provision of this service without prior notification to users under the following conditions. Jucie Inc. shall not assume any liability for damages incurred by users as a consequence of such actions.
    1. In instances where urgent or scheduled maintenance, inspection, or updates are conducted on the service's underlying system.
    2. Should the provision of this service become unfeasible due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events, or due to disruptive actions by third parties.
    3. In the event of data loss, including registered information, resulting from communication failures or equipment malfunctions.
    4. Furthermore, in any other scenario where Jucie Inc. deems it necessary to modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue this service.

Article 16 (Handling of Personal Information)

  1. Jucie Inc. shall manage personal information obtained through the utilization of this service in strict adherence to Jucie Inc.'s 'Privacy Policy'.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing Jucie Inc.'s principal place of business.
