For those who are passionate about hitting the ball

Forged + FULL CNC Blade Iron

This marks the advent of the ultimate FULL CNC blade iron, where 'the more proficiently you strike, the more forgiving it becomes, and the ball flight itself is aesthetically pleasing.' Through a proprietary new center-of-gravity theory applied to each club number, it achieves an unprecedentedly comfortable ball flight during full shots, from long irons to short irons. Its optimal head size and center-of-gravity characteristics adapt to a wide range of swing speeds, supporting peak performance on the course.

Shipment will be made 10 to 12 business days after the order date.

Description

  • Club-specific head structure for a consistently comfortable strike across all irons.

#4 - #7 Double Muscle Back Shape

Rather than a simple machined slit structure or uniform face thickness, an organic double muscle back design is employed to achieve an ideal low and deep center of gravity without sacrificing a solid impact feel. This results in a trajectory that sustains spin over extended distances, enabling aggressive course strategies.

#8 to P Variable Muscle Back Design

By meticulously adjusting the thickness variations across various areas, this design enables the precise engineering of an ideal center of gravity, despite its simple muscle back form. This delivers a pleasant impact feel and an unprecedented 'reliable strike sensation' for short irons.

  • New Center of Gravity Theory

While conventional center of gravity theories indicated the comprehensive performance impact represented by their values, inconsistencies sometimes arose due to advancements in shaft technology and evolving swing techniques.

Jucie's proprietary New Center of Gravity Theory meticulously subdivides each parameter into its 'physical trajectory influence' and 'swing/impact influence.' For example, a deep center of gravity doesn't simply mean 'the ball goes higher'; instead, for a specific club and swing speed, it increases spin rate without increasing impact loft. By analyzing each club's performance as a more realistic phenomenon, we achieve the essential on-course performance at an advanced level.

Deep Center of Gravity

【Trajectory】 In long irons, depth from the face is optimized, increasing spin rate even with the same impact loft.

【Swing】 By positioning the center of gravity optimally, not excessively deep, influence on the shaft is minimized, enhancing trajectory height control essential for on-course play.

Low Center of Gravity

【Trajectory】 To maintain spin over long distances even with a high trajectory, energy is efficiently transferred even during an upward impact.

【Swing】 Even with swings that generate higher impact loft, leveraging the shaft's performance, the ball can be struck cleanly and effectively.

Center of Gravity Distance

【Trajectory】 A slightly shorter center of gravity distance ensures operability for precise face control. (Unified to approximately 36mm for all clubs)

【Swing】 The center of gravity is positioned slightly further from the shaft, harmonizing the feel to enable a seamless swing experience, even when transitioning from a large driver.

Moment of Inertia

【Trajectory】 With a relatively compact setting for modern irons, intentional trajectory control is achievable through precise variations in impact point.

【Swing】 The moment of inertia, which contributes to maintaining face orientation throughout the swing, is set slightly larger, thereby enhancing stability during full shots.

  • Achieving high performance and precision through FULL 3D CAD Design / Forged + FULL CNC Milling

FULL 3D CAD design, commencing with the drawing of a single line in an infinitely expanding virtual space, represents a sophisticated craftsmanship unique to Jucie.

Digital design, backed by precise numerical data, achieves both 'individual club optimization' and 'cohesion as a complete set' with a high level of refinement.

By precision-milling these high-performance designed heads with digital control, we meticulously reproduce the exact performance specifications, delivering overwhelmingly high-quality clubs trusted even by professional golfers.

  • tH Wedge 4610K Set

As wedge configurations become more diverse, the performance requirements for loft angles equivalent to a Pitching Wedge (Pw) have also evolved.

The tQ Iron's Pw, designed as part of a set prioritizing its function as an iron, offers club performance that perfectly complements the tH Wedge 4610K, which was developed as a wedge excelling in distance control and adaptability to adverse lies.

An advantageous set (#6-#9, 4610K) that includes the 4610K from the outset is also available for selection.
