“Engraving Program”

We accommodate a wide range of requests, including initials, names, and preferred character strings, to the fullest extent possible. As all engraving is performed in-house, we meticulously craft a unique piece tailored exclusively for you.
The alphabets utilized feature our exclusive Jucie original font, ensuring a cohesive finish that is unparalleled elsewhere. We offer uppercase, lowercase, and alphanumeric characters.
In addition to our standard fonts, we can also accommodate original logos and designs. Should you desire specific color infills for text, please do not hesitate to consult with us.
◆Per character string location: 3,300 JPY (tax included)
◆For the second location and subsequent locations: +1,100 JPY per location (tax included)

“Embroidery Program”
・Compatible Models: Staff Bag / Tour Light Bag
Initials, names, and preferred character strings can be embroidered.
The alphabets feature our exclusive Jucie original font, supporting uppercase, lowercase, and alphanumeric characters. Additionally, other fonts can accommodate Kanji and Kana characters.
The standard embroidery thread colors are 'Light Gray', 'Gray', 'Black', and 'White'. Should you require other colors, please do not hesitate to consult us.
※Embroidery is limited to specific areas.

Surface preparation programme
・Applicable Models: tT Wedge
Black dye treatment (smoky grey finish)
A surface treatment that prevents the formation of red rust on the surface of soft iron unplated heads. Each head is polished by hand to give a dull, deep smoky grey finish that is difficult to achieve in mass production.

"Repair effect.
The blackening process can be used on rusty heads that are still in use. Before the blackening process, the red rust on the surface is carefully removed by sandblasting.
The head is then repaired with two rounds of blackening and a hand-polishing process to give it a beautiful smoky grey finish.
Strong erosion due to scratches or rust cannot be repaired.
Black dye treatment is available for the second and subsequent times with the same wedge.
